West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services
The West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services is the designated state agency that acts as the lead entity for programs serving older West Virginians. The Bureau is located in Charleston, West Virginia, on the third floor of the Charleston Town Center Mall.
Denise R. Worley, Commissioner, was appointed by the Governor and is the chief administrative officer and oversees all program and fiscal operations.
Mission Statement
To be West Virginia’s premier advocate for the provision of in-home and community-based services for the state’s seniors and others served by our programs. To be a faithful steward of the federal and state monies entrusted to our care for the provision of services throughout West Virginia.
